Longer nights and Autumnal delights

As the summer draws to a close and the dark nights set in we’re coming to the end of a glut of delicious purple peas, runner beans & summer vegetables. Throughout the summer we produced a colourful array of tasty vegetables and created all kinds of tartlets, preserves and cordial. We have now begun foraging for wild mushrooms and picking juicy blackberries and rosehips from the hedgerow ready to create the next culinary delight.
